About This Position
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in building and scaling our infrastructure. As DevOps Engineer #3, you will work closely with the Lead DevOps to shape and own big projects that drive reliability and automation standards across the engineering team. You will be responsible for building and operating critical systems such as AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, observability, incident response, and more.
Core Duties
- Shape and scale our DevOps infrastructure to support rapid development and deployment cycles
- Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery
- Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration and scaling
- Elevate observability and monitoring capabilities across the platform
- Develop and enforce DevOps best practices, including security and reliability standards
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure into development workflows
- Drive autonomous project management for impactful initiatives
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a related role
- Proven track record in building and operating complex infrastructure on AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
- Familiarity with incident response and post-mortem processes
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and containerization techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams
- A passion for continuous improvement and automation in DevOps practices
