What This Role Involves

As a Sr Training Leader, you'll develop and execute enterprise-wide workforce development strategies that close skill gaps, accelerate competency, and drive organizational success. You'll partner with department leaders and subject-matter experts to create tailored learning experiences, oversee program delivery across multiple formats, and measure impact through meaningful metrics. Your leadership directly shapes how effectively teams perform and how engaged employees remain in their roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training curricula aligned with organizational objectives and individual career development needs
• Lead program execution across classroom, virtual, hybrid, and hands-on delivery models
• Assess training outcomes through feedback, performance data, and learner assessments; iterate to improve effectiveness
• Supervise training coordinators and collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure content accuracy and delivery quality
• Partner with operational and compliance teams to develop targeted training addressing regulatory requirements and operational challenges
• Maintain training records, schedules, and documentation to ensure quality standards and audit readiness

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in training leadership, instructional design, or workforce development roles
• Strong ability to assess organizational learning needs and architect solutions that produce measurable results
• Excellent verbal and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
• Proven project management capability and success coordinating multiple complex initiatives
• Working knowledge of learning management systems, training platforms, and analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, human resources, or related field preferred
