What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a fire safety director, fire marshal, or similar leadership role within a large institutional or corporate environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of NFPA standards, NYC Fire Code, and OSHA regulations pertaining to fire prevention and emergency management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling clear instruction of safety protocols to diverse audiences.
  • Certifications such as Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS), Fire Inspector I/II, or equivalent are highly desirable.
