Role Overview

Your expertise as a Journeyman Electrician will be central to keeping our Delton facility's production equipment and infrastructure running safely and reliably. You'll troubleshoot complex electrical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and support the team that manufactures packaging solutions for customers nationwide. This is hands-on work in an industrial environment where attention to detail and technical skill directly impact facility performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and industrial equipment
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on motors, control systems, and machinery
• Diagnose electrical failures using testing equipment and implement solutions
• Follow electrical codes and blueprints to complete wiring and system upgrades
• Work collaboratively with production and maintenance staff to minimize downtime
• Maintain detailed records of work completed and equipment status
• Uphold all OSHA safety standards and facility safety protocols

Requirements

• Valid state-issued Journeyman Electrician license
• Hands-on experience with industrial or manufacturing electrical systems
• Proficiency reading electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Competence with electrical testing and diagnostic tools
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations
• Physical capability to perform maintenance work in an industrial setting
• Reliable communication and problem-solving abilities
