As Director, Strategic Accounts at Twilio, you'll own a portfolio of critical enterprise relationships that directly influence company growth and customer impact. This role combines consultative selling, account leadership, and strategic partnership development to ensure your largest clients achieve measurable business outcomes through our platform. You'll work across product, engineering, and customer success to deliver solutions that align with each client's unique objectives.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with enterprise clients from initial engagement through expansion and retention
- Identify growth opportunities within your account portfolio and drive adoption of new products and capabilities
- Partner with internal teams to design customized solutions that address complex business requirements
- Manage multi-stakeholder relationships at the C-suite and executive levels within enterprise organizations
- Develop and execute account strategies to accelerate revenue growth and increase customer lifetime value

- Extensive experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales leadership, or similar executive roles
