This full-time position offers the opportunity to drive enterprise sales and build strategic partnerships with innovative software companies leveraging Twilio's communications platform.

About the Role

In this Strategic Account Executive 3 role, you'll serve as a senior sales leader focused on Twilio's ISV market segment. You'll own and develop a territory of high-value accounts, managing complex multi-stakeholder relationships and positioning Twilio's communications APIs and cloud platform as the strategic solution for independent software vendors. This position requires consultative selling, executive-level account management, and the ability to guide enterprise-grade buying processes.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, prospect, and close net-new ISV customers, owning full sales cycle accountability from discovery through contract closure
  • Develop comprehensive account strategies that maximize revenue expansion and lifetime value within your assigned territory
  • Lead executive conversations with ISV decision-makers including founders, technical leaders, and procurement stakeholders
  • Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Architects and Customer Success teams to ensure new customer outcomes and platform adoption
  • Communicate Twilio's competitive advantages and technical capabilities in addressing ISV-specific business needs
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecast accountability, and consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Monitor market dynamics and ISV trends to identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats in assigned regions

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B software sales experience with demonstrated success closing large-value agreements
  • Established track record selling to or within the ISV, SaaS, platform, or API software space
  • Deep familiarity with software licensing, vendor integration, and enterprise buying decision processes
  • Strong executive presence with ability to negotiate and influence across organizational hierarchies
  • High self-direction, accountability, and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Willingness to travel within your US territory as business needs require
