What This Role Involves

As Assistant Service Manager, you'll manage critical administrative functions that keep our service department organized and efficient. Responsibilities

• Oversee service department records, documentation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Prepare pricing sheets and cost summaries for repair orders across the service schedule
• Generate work orders and build comprehensive customer service files for efficient tracking
• Calculate labor and material costs for customer accounts and internal work assignments
• Contribute to department efficiency by handling administrative workflows and supporting the service team
