Lenel OnGuard Certified – Principal Security Systems Architect

HP is seeking a Lenel OnGuard Certified Principal Security Systems Architect to direct technical operations and innovation across our enterprise physical security platform. This full-time position is based in Houston, Harris County, and represents a critical leadership opportunity within a global organization.

About the Role

You will lead the technical operations, architecture development, and reliability engineering for our enterprise physical security platform powered by Lenel OnGuard. This is a high-visibility role that operates at the intersection of security infrastructure, IT enterprise systems, and business continuity. You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure our security platform meets the demanding standards of a multinational operation while maintaining system integrity and performance across all deployments.

What You'll Do

• Direct the architecture and engineering of Lenel OnGuard deployments serving enterprise-scale operations worldwide
• Establish and enforce technical standards, best practices, and reliability protocols for physical security systems
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform performance, scalability, and integration capabilities
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams to align technical solutions with organizational objectives
• Drive operational excellence and respond to critical infrastructure challenges
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to security systems engineering teams

What We're Looking For

• Lenel OnGuard certification (required)
• Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise physical security platform administration and architecture
• Demonstrated expertise in systems architecture, infrastructure design, and enterprise technology integration
• Strong track record of leading technical teams and managing complex, mission-critical systems
• Deep understanding of security best practices, compliance frameworks, and enterprise IT standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
