About the Role
As Restaurant Systems Manager, you'll be responsible for managing point-of-sale systems, kitchen technology, and operational infrastructure. Your focus will be on maintaining system reliability, optimizing performance, and supporting restaurant teams to deliver consistent guest experiences. This is a full-time position based on-site in California.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and maintain restaurant technology systems, including POS, payment processing, and kitchen management platforms
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate timely resolutions to minimize operational downtime
- Train restaurant staff on system usage and best practices
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Ensure compliance with company standards and security protocols across all restaurant locations
- Collaborate with regional teams and corporate stakeholders to implement system updates and enhancements
- Document procedures and maintain comprehensive system records
