The Opportunity

As a Retirement Plan Consultant at OneDigital, you'll be at the center of meaningful conversations with employers and employees, designing and optimizing retirement solutions that make a real difference. Your Responsibilities

• Partner with employers to assess retirement plan needs, design plan structures, and recommend strategies aligned with their business goals and budget
• Educate plan participants through group presentations, one-on-one consultations, and written materials to increase engagement and retirement readiness
• Monitor plan performance and regulatory compliance, ensuring clients remain current with changing tax laws and Department of Labor requirements
• Develop and implement plan improvements, from investment option reviews to administrative enhancements
• Maintain and deepen client relationships through regular outreach, needs assessments, and strategic planning sessions
• Prepare proposals, analysis, and reports that communicate complex retirement concepts to diverse stakeholder groups

What We're Looking For

• Series 65, Series 7, or related securities licenses (or willingness to pursue certification)
• Demonstrated knowledge of retirement plan regulations, tax implications, and plan design alternatives
• Strong communication skills—ability to translate technical retirement topics for employers and employees at all levels
• Experience with retirement plan consulting, benefits advisory, or related financial services roles
• Ability to build trust, listen carefully, and develop tailored recommendations for each client
• Organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple client priorities and compliance deadlines
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning as regulations and best practices evolve
