Benefit Marketing Analyst

About This Position

As a Benefit Marketing Analyst at OneDigital, you'll be at the intersection of marketing, benefits administration, and employee engagement. You'll develop and execute marketing campaigns that educate employees about their benefits options, driving both enrollment and satisfaction. Your work will directly influence how thousands of employees experience and value their benefits programs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and launch integrated benefits marketing campaigns, including email, digital content, and collateral materials
• Analyze enrollment data and campaign performance metrics to identify trends and optimize future communications
• Develop clear, compelling messaging that simplifies complex benefits information for diverse audiences
• Collaborate with benefits consultants and HR teams to align marketing strategy with enrollment goals
• Track ROI on marketing initiatives and recommend adjustments to improve engagement and outcomes
• Create educational content such as benefit guides, FAQs, and enrollment support materials

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in benefits marketing, marketing communications, or a related field
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to make technical information accessible
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools, email platforms, or CMS systems
• Ability to interpret data and use analytics to inform marketing decisions
• Attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Familiarity with benefits administration, employee benefits programs, or HR operations is a plus
