About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position that combines strategic planning with direct team management and customer relationship building.
What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor sales teams across multiple locations in the Southern Region
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets through effective strategy and execution
- Develop and implement regional sales initiatives that expand market share
- Maintain and elevate customer experience standards across all locations
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies as needed
- Recruit, train, and support sales staff to build a strong regional team
- Collaborate with headquarters on product, marketing, and operational initiatives
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend new sales channels or partnerships
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of sales management or regional management experience
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing sales metrics and KPIs
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities
