Community Manager – Skyglass

Greystar Management Services is hiring a Community Manager in Seattle, King County to lead resident engagement and foster vibrant communities across our apartment properties. What This Role Involves

As Community Manager at Skyglass, you'll be the hub of resident connection and community building. This role blends relationship management, event coordination, and strategic communication to create welcoming living environments where residents feel genuinely supported and included in the fabric of their community.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and execute community events, programs, and activities that build resident connections and enhance property culture
• Communicate regularly with residents through newsletters, social media, digital platforms, and in-person engagement
• Respond to resident inquiries and feedback, escalating concerns appropriately and tracking resolution
• Maintain community spaces and coordinate logistics for resident activities and amenities
• Develop programming aligned with resident demographics and seasonal interests
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
• Gather resident feedback and insights to inform community improvements and strategic decisions

What You Bring

• Experience in community management, resident relations, event planning, or related fields
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all channels—written, verbal, and digital
• Organizational ability to manage multiple events, programs, and resident interactions simultaneously
