Kettler Enterprises, Inc is hiring a full-time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and deliver exceptional service at our luxury apartment community in Capitol Heights, Prince George's County. This is an on-site role where you'll be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, building relationships that fuel our community's success.
About the Role
As Leasing Consultant, you'll showcase our modern apartments to qualified prospects, guide them through the rental process, and foster connections that encourage residents to choose and stay with us. Working under the Community Manager's direction, you'll balance high-energy leasing activities with thoughtful follow-up—turning inquiries into signed leases and protecting occupancy through exceptional resident service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage prospective residents with product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm
- Conduct guided community tours highlighting units, amenities, and neighborhood advantages
- Schedule appointments and follow up with qualified leads to move them through the sales process
- Process lease applications, verify qualifications, and guide new residents through move-in
- Network actively within Capitol Heights and Prince George's County to build community awareness
- Implement strategies to encourage lease renewals and reduce resident turnover
- Track all inquiries, tours, and applications with accuracy and professionalism
- Meet or exceed monthly leasing targets and occupancy goals
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in leasing, apartment sales, customer service, or hospitality fields
- Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities
- Self-motivated mindset with a track record of hitting occupancy and sales targets
- Comfort using leasing management software and Microsoft Office
- Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and reliability
- Full-time availability, including weekend and evening hours
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
