Property Manager (On-Site)

Role Overview

As Property Manager, you will lead the day-to-day stewardship of our principal office building, a significant corporate asset in the Fountain Square district. This is a high-profile position that ensures seamless facility operations, regulatory compliance, and a welcoming environment for staff and visitors. You'll coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and contractors to maintain building systems, resolve operational issues, and support the company's broader business objectives through effective property oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day facility management, including maintenance scheduling, vendor coordination, and service request processing
• Oversee capital projects and preventative maintenance programs to extend asset life and optimize building performance
• Manage building budgets and monitor expenditures across maintenance, utilities, and operational categories
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, building regulations, and corporate standards
• Coordinate with occupants and departments to address concerns and optimize space utilization
• Maintain relationships with critical vendors, contractors, and service providers

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing commercial properties, office buildings, or corporate facilities
