What You'll Do
- Assist customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and transaction services
- Learn and apply Fifth Third's sales and service principles to help clients meet their banking needs
- Participate in rotations through Operations to understand back-office processes and compliance requirements
- Support Sales & Service teams in building customer relationships and identifying opportunities
- Develop knowledge of banking products including checking, savings, credit, and investment services
- Maintain accurate records and follow regulatory and company standards
