About the Role
As a License Compliance Services Manager, you'll oversee compliance service delivery to clients navigating indirect tax and business licensing requirements. You'll manage client relationships, coordinate compliance assessments, and guide team members on regulatory interpretation and compliance strategies. Your work will help organizations understand and fulfill their licensing and indirect tax obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
What You'll Do
- Manage client relationships throughout compliance service engagements
- Lead and oversee indirect tax and license compliance assessments
- Direct team members on compliance methodologies and regulatory requirements
- Develop findings and recommendations for client presentation
- Monitor and interpret changes in indirect tax and licensing regulations
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery to all clients
- Contribute to the growth and strategy of the compliance services practice
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, law, or related field
- 5 or more years of professional experience in tax compliance, business licensing, or related advisory services
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead professional teams
- Working knowledge of indirect tax regulations and business licensing requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
