Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or related fields
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple departments and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to manage competing programs
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with program planning, tracking, and reporting methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, pharmacy, or related discipline
