About the Role
As a Graduate Nurse, you'll transition from student to practicing Registered Nurse while contributing meaningfully to patient outcomes. You'll work alongside experienced nursing teams to assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and deliver high-quality nursing interventions in fast-paced clinical settings. This role offers structured support and mentorship as you grow into your licensure and professional responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Assess and respond to patient health status changes across Medical/Surgical or Emergency Department settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient-centered care
- Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust care strategies as needed
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care and outcomes
- Support unit operations and contribute to a safe, collaborative work environment
What We're Looking For
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (expected Summer or Fall 2026)
- Current RN licensure or eligibility to obtain Pennsylvania RN license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient advocacy and continuous learning
- Ability to work collaboratively in team-based healthcare environments
