About the Role

As Lead Program Manager for our S4E Transformation Program, you'll own a defined program cluster within our Large Gas Turbine portfolio's global service business. You'll balance competing priorities across multiple teams while maintaining rigorous focus on scope, schedule, and delivery excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role that shapes how we serve energy customers worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Direct the planning, coordination, and execution of transformation initiatives across global service operations
• Establish and monitor program milestones, dependencies, and success metrics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Align transformation objectives with global service business priorities and Large Gas Turbine portfolio goals
• Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups toward shared outcomes
• Identify and resolve program risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints
• Communicate program status and strategic insights to senior leadership
