About the Role

As a Wealth Support Specialist at Truist, you'll serve as a key operational partner within our wealth management division. This full-time position is based in our Edgewood, Orange County location and focuses on supporting client relationships, coordinating transactions, and maintaining the highest standards of client service in the wealth advisory space.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to wealth advisors and portfolio managers
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing questions about accounts, services, and financial products
• Process client requests, documentation, and account maintenance activities with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate between clients and internal departments to facilitate smooth transaction execution
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies
• Support client onboarding processes and help build strong, lasting relationships
• Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and event coordination for wealth team activities
