Commercial Sales Manager – Finance

Siemens Energy is hiring a full-time Commercial Sales Manager - Finance in Edgewood, Orange County, to lead the commercial and financial direction of complex bids within a collaborative, cross-functional team.

About the Role

As a Commercial Sales Manager - Finance at Siemens Energy, you will take ownership of the commercial and financial dimensions that shape winning proposals. Based on-site in Edgewood, Orange County, this finance-focused position places you at the center of challenging, high-impact opportunities, where you will steer the commercial strategy behind our Substation projects from first inquiry through to final bid submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee every commercial and financial aspect across the full sales and bid lifecycle.
• Develop and structure detailed, complex bids from a commercial perspective for Substation projects.
• Partner closely with a motivated, cross-functional team to ensure seamless coordination and accurate proposals.
• Evaluate financial terms, risks, and conditions to support sound, profitable decision-making.
• Champion clear collaboration between commercial, technical, and sales stakeholders throughout each opportunity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in commercial sales management, bid management, or a related finance discipline.
• Strong command of financial principles applied to the sales and tendering process.
• Ability to manage multiple commercial workstreams within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills suited to a cross-functional team.
• Willingness to work on-site in Edgewood, Orange County (this is not a remote role).
