What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients reaching the firm by phone, email, or web inquiry
• Conduct compassionate, thorough intake interviews to gather essential case details and client information
• Accurately enter and maintain client data in the firm's case management system
• Evaluate and route inquiries to the appropriate attorneys or legal staff
• Schedule consultations and coordinate follow-up communications to keep prospective clients engaged
• Clearly and patiently explain the firm's services, processes, and next steps to callers who may be anxious or unfamiliar with the legal process
• Support the legal team in managing an expanding caseload with organized, timely intake workflows
• Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism across all client interactions
