The Opportunity

Join Pipeline Gurus' Graduate Academy programme as a B2B Software Sales professional. This full-time, entry-level position offers comprehensive training in enterprise software sales, client relationship management, and pipeline development. You'll work alongside experienced sales leaders, building the practical skills needed to succeed in B2B sales while contributing to real revenue-generating activities from day one.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in the B2B software market
• Conduct outreach to potential clients via email, telephone, and professional messaging platforms
• Research industry landscapes and client needs to inform targeted sales conversations
• Prepare and deliver software product demonstrations customised to client requirements
• Document all client interactions and opportunity details in our CRM system
• Collaborate with senior sales team members on pipeline analysis and strategic account planning
• Support proposal preparation and early-stage contract discussions
• Work towards individual and team sales targets through disciplined prospecting and relationship development

Who We're Looking For

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with minimal prior sales experience
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Self-driven and resilient, with the ability to handle sales objections constructively
• Quick learner capable of understanding enterprise software concepts and explaining them to clients
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively
• Coachable attitude and genuine commitment to building a B2B sales career
• Based in or available to work onsite in Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt
