About the Role

As the Camp Program Leader, you will plan and run dynamic, accessible camp activities tailored to individuals living with physical and developmental disabilities. Reporting to the Camp Director, you will make sure each program is welcoming, safe, and built around participation for everyone. This is a seasonal position with compensation of $4,000.00 per summer, based on-site in Thurmont, Frederick County.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule creative, inclusive activities suited to a wide range of abilities and interests.
• Lead and guide camp sessions, keeping participants engaged, supported, and included throughout the day.
• Adapt games, crafts, and recreation so every camper can take part fully.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere that prioritizes camper safety and well-being.
• Collaborate with the Camp Director and fellow staff to deliver smooth, high-quality programming.
