Graduate Academy – B2B Sales “Entry Level”

Join Pipeline Gurus as an Entry Level B2B Sales representative in our Cairo office. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to launch a career in business-to-business sales, building client relationships and driving revenue growth in a dynamic sales environment.

Position Summary

We're seeking motivated, high-energy professionals to join our Graduate Academy sales programme in Cairo, Cairo Governorate. As an Entry Level B2B Sales representative, you'll develop core sales competencies whilst working directly with business clients. You'll learn prospecting techniques, qualification strategies, and closing methodologies from experienced sales professionals, gaining hands-on experience in the B2B sales cycle from initial contact through deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and make initial contact with potential B2B clients using multiple outreach channels
• Qualify leads by understanding client needs, business challenges, and decision-making processes
• Present solutions and product information clearly to prospects and existing clients
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
• Support the sales pipeline by advancing opportunities through each stage of the sales process
• Collaborate with team members and management to develop territory strategy and meet sales targets
• Build and nurture professional relationships that lead to repeat business and long-term partnerships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed or in final stages of completion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and resilience in a competitive environment
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new sales tools and software
• Willingness to learn sales fundamentals and develop consultative selling techniques
• Based in or able to work from our Cairo office location
