About the Role

This is a full-time registered nurse position designed specifically for newly licensed nurses entering professional practice. You'll work as part of our clinical teams while receiving structured orientation, ongoing education, and mentorship to build the clinical judgment, technical skills, and professional confidence essential to excellent patient care.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care across medical, surgical, and specialty care units
• Assess patient conditions, implement nursing interventions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Develop proficiency in documentation, medication administration, monitoring, and evidence-based nursing practice
• Participate in unit-based learning activities, case reviews, and clinical education
• Work closely with assigned preceptors and clinical educators during your structured orientation period
• Contribute to a culture of safety, quality improvement, and patient-centered care

What We're Looking For

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Hawaii
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor's, Associate's, or Diploma)
• Strong clinical reasoning, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic clinical environment
