Store Director- Ala Moana, Hawaii

Tiffany & Co. is hiring a Store Director to lead our Honolulu location. This is a full-time position where you'll oversee all aspects of store operations, team performance, and customer experience at one of the world's most recognized luxury jewelry destinations.

About the Role

As Store Director, you'll be the strategic leader of your store, responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and delivering the Tiffany Experience to every client. You'll build and mentor a high-performing team, ensure flawless execution of company standards, and maintain the store as a premier destination for luxury jewelry, watches, and accessories in Honolulu.

What You'll Do

• Manage all daily store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and facility maintenance
• Lead, develop, and motivate your team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, staff training, and customer relationship management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and corporate sustainability standards
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and optimize store profitability
• Represent Tiffany & Co. in the community and build brand presence in the Honolulu market

What We're Looking For

• Proven retail leadership experience managing high-volume stores or multiple teams
• Track record of driving sales growth and achieving or exceeding targets
• Strong people management and coaching skills with a commitment to team development
• Knowledge of luxury retail or jewelry is a plus
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for delivering premium customer experiences and upholding brand excellence
