Role Overview
As a Pharmacy Analyst at Highmark Health, you'll serve as a key contributor to our Pharmacy Markets division, bringing strategic focus to growth objectives and organizational goals. This hybrid position requires a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday schedule in our Helena office for employees residing within 50 miles of our corporate location. Your work will bridge business operations with strategic initiatives, enabling you to impact our pharmacy network's success while maintaining flexibility for remote work.
What You'll Do
- Lead coordination of Pharmacy Markets initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder alignment
- Serve as a collaborative partner to pharmacy business owners, driving execution of key programs
- Interface with organizational management on strategy and performance metrics
- Support the development and execution of growth strategies within the pharmacy division
- Monitor and contribute to achievement of Pharmacy Markets business objectives
Requirements
- Ability to work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for those located within 50 miles of our Helena, Lewis and Clark County office
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple business partners and organizational leaders
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Analytical capability with attention to business metrics and outcomes
- Background in healthcare, pharmacy, or a related business field preferred
