Highmark Health is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Analyst for our Pharmacy Markets team. This United States-based position offers a hybrid work arrangement with office presence scheduled for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays for team members within 50 miles of our corporate office.
About the Role
As a Pharmacy Analyst, you'll play a vital role in supporting Highmark Health's Pharmacy Markets division. You'll work closely with business owners and stakeholders across the organization to advance pharmacy market growth, coordinate strategic initiatives, and contribute to the successful delivery of our pharmacy programs.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Pharmacy Markets business owners and leadership to achieve growth objectives and market strategy goals
- Organize and coordinate pharmacy market initiatives to ensure successful program delivery and stakeholder alignment
- Analyze pharmacy performance data, market trends, and operational metrics to inform decision-making
- Develop reports and insights for management and cross-functional teams
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to advance Pharmacy Markets priorities
- Identify and support opportunities for operational improvement and process optimization
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Effective communication skills—written and verbal—for presenting to diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms
- Experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare, or a related analytical role
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
