About the Role
As a Media Buyer in our Integrated Media Investment team, you'll own the strategy and execution of media purchases across digital, traditional, and emerging channels. You'll evaluate media opportunities, negotiate rates and placements, and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs and client objectives. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute integrated media strategies that span digital, broadcast, print, and out-of-home channels
- Evaluate media opportunities and negotiate rates, placements, and terms with vendors and networks
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust buys to optimize spend efficiency and ROI
- Collaborate with account teams, planners, and creatives to align media investment with overall campaign goals
- Prepare media recommendations and reports for client reviews and internal stakeholders
- Stay current with media trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in media buying, media planning, or a related agency role
- Strong knowledge of digital media channels (programmatic, social, search, display) and traditional media (TV, radio, print)
- Proven ability to manage media budgets and negotiate with vendors
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong Excel/data skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple clients and campaigns
