About the Role

As our Lead Thermal Analysis Engineer, you'll take a central position in driving sophisticated thermal and multi-physics analyses that inform product design and system performance. Working with state-of-the-art engineering analysis tools, you'll develop solutions for complex thermal challenges across diverse sectors, from optics and structural applications to specialized hardware systems. Your expertise will bridge analytical rigor with practical design implementation, ensuring our clients' products perform reliably under demanding conditions.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead thermal analysis projects from conception through validation, utilizing advanced CAE software and methodologies
• Develop and refine computational thermal models that accurately represent system behavior
• Conduct multi-physics analyses integrating thermal, structural, and optical considerations as required by project scope
• Collaborate with design, prototyping, and systems integration teams to translate analysis findings into hardware solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices in thermal analysis workflows
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and documentation of all analyses to meet client specifications and industry standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related thermal engineering discipline
• Minimum 5+ years of professional thermal analysis and CAE experience
• Proficiency with thermal analysis software tools and simulation environments
• Demonstrated expertise in heat transfer, thermodynamics, and steady-state and transient thermal modeling
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in complex engineering analyses
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical findings to clients and cross-functional teams
• Lead-level capability in managing projects, timelines, and technical direction
