About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive content strategies for card products, benefits, and rewards programs

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and marketers to ensure consistent, compelling messaging across channels
  • Conduct user research and content audits to identify opportunities for improvement and validate messaging effectiveness
  • Create content frameworks, style guides, and documentation to support scalable, high-quality content delivery
  • Iterate on content based on analytics, customer feedback, and evolving business goals

Qualifications

  • Substantial professional experience in content design, UX writing, or related disciplines
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic content thinking and user-centered design
  • Proficiency in translating complex, regulated financial products into accessible language
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience with content management systems, research tools, and design software
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in written and verbal interactions
