About the Role

As a Front Desk Agent at NEW Capital, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and community members. What You'll Do

• Greet residents, visitors, and maintenance staff with professionalism and courtesy
• Answer phones, direct calls appropriately, and take accurate messages
• Process resident requests, maintenance work orders, and general inquiries
• Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
• Perform data entry and maintain resident information systems with accuracy
• Provide information about community programs, policies, and property services
• Manage front desk area, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Collaborate with property management, maintenance, and leasing teams
