About the Role
As Principal Modular Product Manager, you'll lead the complete lifecycle of Oracle's modular infrastructure product portfolio. This is an individual contributor leadership role where your strategic vision shapes how enterprises build, deploy, and scale modern infrastructure. You'll work at the intersection of customer needs, market opportunities, and engineering execution.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for modular infrastructure capabilities, ensuring alignment with Oracle's strategic direction
- Develop comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs) that translate customer challenges and business objectives into clear engineering specifications
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, market demand, and organizational goals
- Conduct market research and gather direct customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities and validate product direction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and leadership teams to execute the product roadmap
- Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to inform long-term product positioning
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Principal-level or Senior Product Manager for infrastructure, platform, or modular software systems
- Strong track record defining product strategy and delivering customer-focused solutions in enterprise markets
- Deep understanding of modular architecture, infrastructure as a service, or related technologies
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence and partner across technical and business teams
- Experience conducting customer research, synthesizing market insights, and translating them into actionable product decisions
