What You'll Do
- Operate ready-mix concrete delivery trucks safely and efficiently
- Transport loads to customer job sites, managing delivery schedules and routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch and customers to confirm delivery details and access
- Monitor concrete consistency during transport and execute proper discharge procedures
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Comply with all safety regulations, traffic laws, and company protocols
- Provide professional service and build strong customer relationships
What We're Looking For
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for concrete transport
- Proven experience operating concrete mixer trucks or comparable commercial vehicles
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot routine vehicle issues
- Excellent driving safety record and commitment to workplace safety standards
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of the role's demands
- Professional communication and customer service mindset
