In Home Health Care RN – Low Acuity Days – Full Time Availability

Aveanna Healthcare, a leading home health care provider, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, high-quality in-home care to our pediatric patients in the Mcmahan, Caldwell County area. This full-time position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families while working in a supportive team environment.

About the Role

This full-time in-home health care nursing position is based in Red Rock, Texas, serving low-acuity pediatric patients. You'll provide direct patient care, skilled nursing support, and patient advocacy in a home setting where you can develop meaningful relationships with the families you serve.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care and patient assessments in the home environment
• Administer medications and monitor patient health status
• Communicate with patients, families, and the care team to ensure coordinated, compassionate care
• Document patient care and maintain detailed health records
• Support family education regarding patient care and health maintenance
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas
• Compassion for pediatric patients and commitment to family-centered care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in the home setting while remaining part of a collaborative team
• Reliable transportation and ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
