In Home Nursing LPN – Various Trach/Vent Patients/Shifts

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time in-home nursing positions in the Briarcliff and DeKalb County area, including Atlanta locations. Care for high-acuity patients with tracheostomy and ventilator support on flexible schedules that work around your life.

About the Role

As an LPN with Aveanna Healthcare, you'll provide direct patient care in clients' homes, building meaningful relationships while managing complex medical needs. This part-time role offers schedule flexibility across day and evening shifts, with multiple patient assignments available to match your availability and expertise.

What You'll Do

• Deliver skilled nursing care to high-acuity patients requiring tracheostomy and mechanical ventilation support
• Monitor vital signs, manage medications, and respond to patient needs in a home setting
• Perform wound care, catheter management, and other clinical procedures as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate updates with the care team
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families navigating complex health conditions
• Follow all safety protocols and infection control standards in home-based care

What We're Looking For

• Current LPN or LVN license in good standing (Georgia licensure required)
• Experience with trach care, ventilator management, and high-acuity home nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team
• Reliable transportation and flexibility with scheduling
• Compassionate approach to patient and family care
• Valid CPR certification
