About the Role
As a Licensed Guard with Andy Frain Services, you'll be responsible for comprehensive security operations at a major supply chain hub. You'll work Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 11 PM, with additional weekend support as needed, providing vigilant protection and maintaining the secure operation of the facility.
What You'll Do
- Execute security protocols outlined in post orders, ensuring strict adherence to all facility requirements and safety standards
- Maintain constant situational awareness, observing and documenting all activity within the assigned area
- Build and maintain professional relationships with facility staff, customers, and local law enforcement and fire departments
- Monitor access points and control entry and exit of personnel and vehicles
- Respond promptly to security concerns and incidents following established procedures
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to detect and deter unauthorized activity
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
What We're Looking For
- Current valid security guard license required for this role
- Proven experience as a security officer or licensed guard
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Ability to remain alert and focused during extended shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional demeanor and reliable attendance
- Ability to work in a structured environment and follow detailed post orders
- Willingness to work evenings and occasional weekends
