What You'll Do
- Execute direct patient care services according to established treatment protocols and physician directives

- Administer medications and wound care under appropriate supervision and licensure guidelines
- Maintain detailed, timely nursing documentation that supports quality patient care and regulatory compliance
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Uphold HIPAA confidentiality standards and maintain professional boundaries in all patient interactions
- Respond to on-call requests as scheduled to ensure continuity of care
What We're Looking For
- Current Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
