About the Role
This is a direct production-support position where you'll work on our manufacturing floor, ensuring every product meets our quality standards before it leaves the shop. You'll take ownership of quality processes, stay curious about how things are made, and develop your expertise in manufacturing quality control. This role offers real hands-on experience in a collaborative, shop-floor environment where attention to detail directly impacts our product and reputation.
What You'll Do
- Perform in-process and final inspections using standard quality measurement techniques
- Test products and components for compliance with specifications and customer requirements
- Document inspection results, test data, and quality findings accurately
- Identify defects, non-conformances, and areas for process improvement
- Communicate quality issues promptly to production and supervisory teams
- Support continuous improvement efforts by reporting trends and feedback
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in your work area
