Join Instructure as a Senior Learning Consultant (Mastery Connect) in Charleston, SC. We're seeking an experienced education technology professional to partner with schools and districts implementing Mastery Connect, our comprehensive instructional management platform. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Charleston, Charleston County.

About the Role

As a Senior Learning Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to K-12 educators and administrators, helping them leverage Mastery Connect to transform teaching and learning. You'll combine deep product expertise with consulting acumen to drive adoption, optimize workflows, and measurably improve instructional outcomes across your assigned accounts.

What You'll Do

• Guide school and district leaders through Mastery Connect implementation, from initial setup through full operational launch
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand instructional goals, identify workflow challenges, and design tailored solutions using the platform
• Provide onsite training to teachers and administrators, building their confidence and proficiency with Mastery Connect features
• Collaborate with district teams to align the platform with existing processes, standards, and assessment strategies
• Monitor adoption metrics and engagement, creating data-driven improvement plans and follow-up professional development
• Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, troubleshooting issues and escalating complex technical questions to our support team
• Stay current on product updates and industry best practices, sharing relevant insights with clients and internal teams

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in education technology consulting, account management, or instructional coaching
• Proven ability to build trust with school leaders and teachers while managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Strong understanding of K-12 assessment practices, standards alignment, and data-driven instruction
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated success driving product adoption and user engagement in schools
• Experience with learning management systems, assessment platforms, or instructional software is highly valued
• Ability to travel within your region as needed for onsite consulting and training
