About the Role

You'll lead enrichment instruction in elementary settings while stewarding the IB PYP framework district-wide. This is a dual role that calls for a teacher who excels both in the classroom and in supporting colleagues through program implementation and professional learning.

What You'll Do

• Teach enrichment content to elementary students, fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and engagement across subjects
• Coordinate and implement the IB PYP curriculum across participating schools, ensuring coherent, inquiry-based learning experiences
• Support teachers in designing units of inquiry aligned with PYP principles and transdisciplinary themes
• Facilitate professional development and coaching to deepen educator understanding of the IB philosophy and pedagogical practices
• Manage PYP documentation, assessment, and program evaluation activities
• Collaborate with administration and teams to sustain program quality and student outcomes
• Participate in IB coordination responsibilities such as professional networks and program audits

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Elementary Education, or closely related field
• Current state teaching certificate or license for elementary education
• Demonstrated experience teaching at the elementary level
• Knowledge of or commitment to learning the IB PYP framework and constructivist pedagogy
• Strong ability to facilitate adult learning and support teacher growth
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for inquiry-based learning and student-centered instruction
