About the Role
As a Day Member Services Representative, you'll be the welcoming presence and trusted resource for members and guests. Your daily responsibilities center on building relationships, processing memberships, answering questions, and contributing to a positive, inclusive community where everyone feels valued and supported.
What You'll Do
- Greet and welcome members and guests with enthusiasm and warmth
- Process new memberships, renewals, and account changes
- Handle payment transactions and billing inquiries
- Address member concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Maintain an organized, clean front-desk environment
- Provide information about memberships, facilities, and services
- Support the atmosphere and culture that makes our community unique
