About the Role
As a Firm Technology Representative for Program Reporting & Analytics, you'll own the technical backbone that enables Guardian's distribution organizations and advisors to manage sales compensation, track performance, and participate in recognition programs. Your solutions will give firms real-time visibility into compensation calculations, production metrics, and achievement against key performance targets.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain applications that support Distribution Sales Compensation program administration and reporting
- Create and enhance analytical reports and data publications that help Guardian firms and advisors monitor performance and production results
- Build technical solutions connecting compensation systems with performance thresholds and awards recognition platforms
- Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate compensation and reporting needs into working applications
- Ensure accuracy, availability, and timeliness of reports and data delivery to the distribution channel
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience building and supporting business applications in compensation, sales operations, or financial services environments
- Technical proficiency with databases, SQL, and modern reporting or business intelligence tools
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated ability to work accurately with data and complex calculations
- Skill in translating business problems into technical designs and solutions
- Track record collaborating effectively with diverse business teams in corporate settings
