Role Overview
As a CASS Reliability Analyst at Amerijet International, you'll manage, cleanse, and analyze critical aircraft and component data that drives our maintenance and operational decisions. Your attention to detail and analytical skills directly support FAA reporting, fleet reliability trends, and the decisions our Technical Operations team makes every day. This role combines data stewardship with meaningful contribution to aviation safety and efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Execute precise data entry and ongoing data cleansing to ensure the integrity of aircraft maintenance records and operational information
- Analyze aircraft, component, and system performance data to identify trends and support predictive maintenance efforts
- Prepare and validate regulatory reports and compliance documentation required by the FAA
- Deliver trend analysis and insights to the Technical Operations Business Unit to inform operational and maintenance strategies
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Monitor reliability metrics and alert stakeholders to potential issues or performance patterns
Qualifications
- Demonstrated precision with data entry and strong commitment to data quality
- Proficiency with spreadsheet applications and data management tools
- Ability to analyze data, recognize patterns, and communicate findings clearly
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Experience with or familiarity with aviation maintenance or FAA regulatory concepts (preferred)
- Reliability and dedication to accuracy in a professional, fast-paced environment
