Contact Government Services, LLC is hiring a full-time Paralegal Admin Specialist with Security Clearance in Highland Park, Dallas. This is an entry-level position within our Legal Support Department, supporting critical operations for a major federal agency.

Core Duties

• Process and manage electronic legal instruments and supporting documentation
• Assist attorneys and senior paralegals with trial preparation and hearing proceedings
• Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support for case management
• Organize and maintain case files, records, and legal correspondence
• Conduct document review and ensure accurate filing and tracking
• Support courtroom operations and legal proceedings as assigned

Qualifications

• Current or ability to obtain a government security clearance
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED); some college coursework or paralegal training preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with electronic document management and legal software systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive legal materials with discretion
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in legal documentation
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a legal team environment
