As a Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist based on-site in Washington, D.C., you will operate within a driven, fast-moving Legal department where precision and reliability are essential. CGS depends on this position to keep its litigation support running smoothly across a range of legal engagements, making it an ideal fit for a seasoned professional who thrives under pressure and takes ownership of complex technical work. This is not a remote position; the role requires an active Top Secret security clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level eDiscovery and litigation technology support across CGS's legal accounts and broader portfolio.
- Manage and process electronic discovery data throughout the litigation lifecycle, from collection through review and production.
- Partner closely with attorneys, paralegals, and project teams to deliver dependable technical solutions on demanding timelines.
- Apply best practices to safeguard the integrity, security, and accuracy of sensitive legal data.
- Contribute technical leadership to a hard-working team handling a variety of legal matters.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.
- Demonstrated experience as an eDiscovery or litigation technologist, ideally at a senior or executive level.
- Strong working knowledge of the eDiscovery process and litigation support tools and workflows.
- Ability to perform reliably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented legal environment.
- Availability to work on-site full-time in Washington, D.C.
