Regional Campaigns Director – Remote

Planned Parenthood Federation of America is seeking a Regional Campaigns Director - Remote to lead strategic initiatives across the South Boston, Suffolk County area while working from a remote location.

About the Role

This full‑time position directs the planning, execution, and evaluation of regional advocacy and outreach campaigns that advance reproductive health access and education. The director collaborates with national teams, local affiliates, and community partners to align efforts with PPFA’s mission of equitable, judgment‑free care.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement comprehensive campaign plans that integrate public affairs, grassroots mobilization, and digital outreach.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team of coordinators, organizers, and analysts, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance metrics.
• Develop budgets, allocate resources, and ensure fiscal accountability for all regional initiatives.
• Represent Planned Parenthood Federation of America at public events, media engagements, and stakeholder meetings to amplify key messages.
• Analyze policy trends and electoral landscapes to inform strategic adjustments and maximize impact.
• Foster relationships with local health providers, advocacy groups, and elected officials to build collaborative networks.
• Oversee data collection and reporting processes to evaluate campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading regional or statewide advocacy campaigns, preferably in public health, reproductive rights, or related sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating diverse teams.
• Expertise in strategic planning, project management, and budget oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including comfort with public speaking and media interactions.
• Proficiency with digital campaign tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
• Deep understanding of the legislative and regulatory environment affecting sexual and reproductive health care.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining frequent cross‑functional collaboration.
