Regional Campaigns Director – Remote

Planned Parenthood Federation of America is seeking a Regional Campaigns Director to lead campaign strategy and execution in a remote capacity, serving teams across the organization with a home base in Campbell, Santa Clara County. This full‑time position partners with national and local affiliates to advance reproductive health advocacy and education initiatives.

About the Role

The Regional Campaigns Director works closely with communications, field, and policy teams to design, launch, and evaluate multi‑channel campaigns that drive public awareness, supporter engagement, and policy change. Reporting to the Senior Director of Campaigns, the role requires strategic thinking, project management expertise, and a deep commitment to Planned Parenthood’s mission of equitable health care access.

What You'll Do

• Develop integrated campaign plans that align with organizational goals and respond to emerging political and cultural moments.
• Coordinate with regional affiliates to tailor messaging, allocate resources, and measure impact across digital, grassroots, and media channels.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
• Analyze performance data and prepare reports that inform future strategy and demonstrate return on investment.
• Mentor junior campaign staff and foster collaboration across departments.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience directing political, advocacy, or nonprofit campaigns at a regional or national level.
• Strong background in campaign strategy, audience segmentation, and multi‑channel execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inspire diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools, analytics platforms, and digital advertising systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while maintaining tight cross‑team coordination.
